MyStyleGuide.io provides tools that allow designers, businesses, organizations, and other users to create, manage, publish, and share online brand guidelines, brand portfolios, profiles, brand assets, and related content.
You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for all content you create, upload, publish, distribute, or otherwise make available through your account.
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Service from time to time.
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and reasonably current information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You may not knowingly allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or its security has otherwise been compromised.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address associated with your account remains accessible to you.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create or maintain an account with the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
If you create or use an account on behalf of a company, organization, client, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
MyStyleGuide.io may offer free and paid membership plans with different features, usage limits, storage allowances, privacy options, publishing capabilities, or other benefits.
When purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to pay the fees presented to you at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, subscription fees are charged according to the billing period associated with the selected plan.
Where recurring billing applies, your subscription will automatically renew according to the billing period associated with your plan until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation options provided through your account or by contacting MyStyleGuide.io.
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not ordinarily result in a refund of amounts already paid. Unless otherwise stated, you may continue to access the features of your paid plan through the end of the billing period for which payment has already been made.
After the paid subscription period ends, your account may be downgraded to a free plan or otherwise become subject to the features and limitations then applicable to unpaid accounts.
Downgrading, canceling, or allowing a paid subscription to expire may affect privacy settings, publishing capabilities, storage, access to premium features, or other functionality.
Subscription purchases are eligible for a refund only if the account has never been accessed after the subscription was purchased.
For purposes of this policy, an account is considered accessed once a successful login to the account occurs after purchase.
Once an account has been accessed following purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
A user whose account has been accessed may still cancel the subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

Any refund required by applicable law will be honored regardless of the limitations stated above.
Taxes may be added where required by law.
We may change subscription pricing or plan features from time to time. When required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice before a pricing change applies to an existing recurring subscription.
The Service allows users to upload, create, store, organize, display, and publish content, including logos, images, photographs, graphics, typography, fonts, colors, documents, brand guidelines, portfolio materials, text, files, and other creative or business materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
MyStyleGuide.io does not acquire ownership of your copyrights, trademarks, logos, brand identities, client work, or other intellectual property merely because you upload or publish that material through the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for determining whether you have the legal right to upload, store, display, distribute, publish, or otherwise use it through the Service.
By uploading or publishing User Content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all permissions, licenses, and other rights necessary to use the content through the Service in the manner you have chosen.
To provide the Service, you grant MyStyleGuide.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, resize, convert, generate previews or thumbnails from, display, transmit, and otherwise technically use your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service and the features you choose to use.

Depending on your membership plan, settings, and features you use, your profile, portfolio, brand guidelines, brand pages, images, text, or other User Content may be accessible to anyone on the internet.
Public content may also appear within MyStyleGuide.io directories, portfolios, archives, internal search results, or other discovery features.
Publicly accessible pages may be indexed, cached, archived, or otherwise processed by search engines and third-party services outside our control.
If you make an asset publicly downloadable, visitors may download and retain copies of that asset.
Removing content from MyStyleGuide.io does not guarantee that copies previously downloaded, cached, indexed, archived, or otherwise stored by third parties will also be removed.
You are responsible for selecting appropriate privacy and publishing settings for your content.
Designers and other professionals may use MyStyleGuide.io to publish content belonging to their clients, employers, organizations, or other third parties.
If you upload or publish content belonging to another person or organization, you represent that you have sufficient authorization to do so.
MyStyleGuide.io is not responsible for disputes between users and their clients, employers, contractors, collaborators, licensors, or other third parties concerning ownership, authorization, payment, approval, or use of User Content.
You are responsible for complying with the licenses applicable to fonts, photographs, stock imagery, illustrations, icons, templates, graphics, video, audio, and other third-party assets you upload or use through the Service.
In particular, a license permitting you to use an asset in a design does not necessarily permit you to redistribute, publicly host, embed, or offer that asset for download.
You should not upload or make downloadable any font, image, file, or other licensed asset unless the applicable license permits that use.
MyStyleGuide.io does not grant you any additional rights to third-party materials merely because the Service allows those materials to be uploaded, displayed, embedded, or downloaded.
MyStyleGuide.io provides a platform through which users may upload, store, display, publish, and distribute User Content. MyStyleGuide.io does not claim ownership of User Content and does not undertake to determine, investigate, verify, or confirm the ownership, copyright status, licensing status, trademark status, or other intellectual property rights associated with User Content before it is uploaded, stored, displayed, published, or distributed through the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and authorizations necessary for any User Content you upload, publish, display, distribute, or otherwise make available through the Service.
The technical ability to upload, display, embed, publish, share, or make a particular file or type of content downloadable through MyStyleGuide.io does not constitute a representation or determination by MyStyleGuide.io that you have the legal right to do so.
MyStyleGuide.io is not responsible for determining whether User Content infringes the copyright, trademark, license, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of another person or entity.
If you upload content belonging to a client, employer, organization, photographer, illustrator, designer, type foundry, stock provider, licensor, or other third party, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of that content through MyStyleGuide.io is authorized.
You represent and warrant that your User Content and your use of that content through the Service will not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
MyStyleGuide.io respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable law.
MyStyleGuide.io does not undertake an obligation to proactively monitor User Content for potential copyright infringement.
Upon receiving a valid notification of claimed copyright infringement, MyStyleGuide.io will respond in accordance with the DMCA and may remove or disable access to the identified material as appropriate.
Removal or disabling of content in response to an infringement notice does not constitute a determination by MyStyleGuide.io regarding ownership of the material, the validity of the underlying copyright claim, or liability of any party.
Users remain responsible for User Content they upload or publish and for claims arising from their unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
MyStyleGuide.io maintains a policy providing for termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
Nothing in this section limits or modifies the DMCA notice and counter-notification procedures described elsewhere in these Terms.
Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service and its underlying software, design, interface, functionality, branding, graphics, templates, documentation, systems, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MyStyleGuide.io and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, security, content, policies, or actions.
