The File Manager is your central hub for managing every file associated with your brand guide — logos, fonts, textures, color files, media, theme assets, and more. It keeps everything organized by category and gives you full control over uploading, downloading, and deleting files.
This is especially useful for designers, agencies, and teams who need a clean, structured asset library for each brand.

When you open the File Manager, you’ll see two main sections:
These are files used by your Theme Manager, such as:
Actions available:
Theme files live in your brand’s /uploads/ folder.
This section contains all brand‑specific assets, organized into expandable categories:
Logos
Grouped by file type:
Fonts
Upload font files used in your brand guide.
Color Swatches
Upload color reference files (e.g., ASE, ACO, or custom formats).
Textures
Upload patterns, backgrounds, or texture images.
Brand Guides
Upload PDF or packaged brand guidelines.
Media
Upload images, videos, or other media used in your brand guide pages.
Each category includes:
There are two upload modals:
Click Upload in the Theme Files section.
You can upload:

Click Upload in the Brand Files section.
You can upload any file type, and choose a category:
Files are automatically placed into the correct folder structure for your brand.
🗑 Deleting Files
You have two options:
Each file has a small trash icon next to it.
Clicking it will ask for confirmation:
“Delete this file? This action cannot be undone.”
Each category has a Delete All button.
This removes every file in that category.
You’ll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
At the top of the page, you’ll see:
