Logo usage guidelines
Choose the right mark, place it on the right background, and keep spacing and sizing consistent.
Overview
Choosing the right logo
Use this quick path to pick the correct logo:
Background first: choose the logo version that provides strong contrast on the surface color or image.
Scale second: when space is tight, prefer a simplified or icon-only mark if available; otherwise increase padding.
Format last: for digital, use PNG; for print, request vector from the brand team.
When in doubt, test on both a white surface and our core navy to ensure legibility and correct color appearance.

Quick reference
Formats, backgrounds, and testing
Which file should I download?
Use PNG for digital by default. For print or large signage, request a vector file from the brand team if not already provided.
What background should I use?
Choose the variant that creates strong contrast on the surface. If uncertain, test the logo on white and on our core navy to confirm legibility before publishing.
How do I measure clear space?
Use X equal to 20% of the logo’s size. Keep all text, graphics, and edges outside this protected area.
How do I test small sizes?
View at 100% zoom on common devices, step down by 2px increments, and check that counters and edges remain distinct. If they fill in, increase size or switch to a simpler mark.
